QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

What printing method do you use?

Our standard printing method is sublimation. We print your designs onto a sheet of high-release paper and then transfer them onto the apparel using heat. The ink is heated until it infuses directly into the fabric. This results in a design with minimal texture, feeling smooth on the garment. This is our most advanced printing method and is very popular across the industry. We assure you that we will always use the highest quality printing methods to ensure your apparel looks and feels great.

What is your minimum order quantity?

There is no minimum order quantity for most of our products. You may purchase as many items as you would like.

How do I make a change to the order that I placed?

Contact our sales team by emailing sales@totalfootballkits.com. We will do our best to apply your changes, provided your order is not already in production.

Can you produce any design?

Yes, we create fully custom designs. If you need assistance with your design, simply leave a comment when submitting your order, or upload your custom design/artwork files if you have them. We can help create or refine your design for free. We will email you a free digital proof for your approval. Once approved, we will begin production.

I have my club/sponsor logo. What type of file do you accept?

We accept the following file types:

  • Bitmap files: .jpg, .png

  • Vector files: .pdf, .ai, .eps, .svg

Here at TotalFootballKits.com, we strive to give you the best print and embroidery results; however, we can only achieve this if you provide us with suitable image or file types.

What are Bitmap images?

Bitmap images (like .jpg and .png files) are stored as a series of dots called pixels. If you are submitting a bitmap file, we require a high-resolution file, ideally 300 dpi (dots per inch) at the intended print size. The higher the dpi, the clearer the printed image will be. On your computer screen, a lower-resolution image might look clear, but when printed, it may become pixelated (appear blurry or blocky). Does the image look pixelated when you enlarge it on your screen? If so, it is likely a low-resolution image.

While we might still be able to use a low-resolution bitmap image, the print results will not be as sharp as those from a higher-resolution file. Furthermore, editing low-resolution bitmap images, such as removing backgrounds or changing elements, can be difficult and may yield poor results.

What are vector images?

Vector images (.pdf, .ai, .eps, .svg) are not based on pixel patterns. Instead, they use mathematical formulas to draw smooth lines, curves, and shapes. This means they can be scaled to any size (enlarged or reduced) without losing quality or becoming pixelated. Vector files also allow us to easily edit logos if required (e.g., removing backgrounds or changing colours) while maintaining sharp, clean lines.

I don’t have artwork / my file is not suitable?

No problem. We offer an artwork service and can create a new club crest or sponsor logo for you. Please get in touch with our sales team, who will be able to assist you. Please be aware that there is a fee of £25 per artwork creation.

You will be required to approve any artwork created before the final files are produced. Once approved, you will be sent .jpg and .pdf versions of the artwork. TotalFootballKits.com will also keep a copy of the original vector files for future orders.

Can I have an embroidered badge?

Yes, embroidered badges are available for an additional cost of £4.00 per item. Please note that our standard decoration methods included in the base price are heat press transfers and sublimation printing on our garments.

How do I get a quote?

You can request a quote via the website [here]. Simply fill in your details, and our sales team will contact you via email with your quote. Alternatively, you can discuss your team's requirements directly with our sales team. They can help you select the right products and create a quote, which will then be emailed to you.

Can I get a discount?

Yes, discounts are available based on quantity. The more kits you purchase, the lower the price per kit tends to be. We offer price breaks based on specific unit quantities (e.g., for orders of 10, 13 junior, 13 senior, 17, etc.). By purchasing in these quantities or higher, applicable discounts will be applied to your order. Please ask our sales team for details based on your specific needs.

How can I place an order?
