6. Pricing and Payment

6.1 All prices displayed on the Website are in GBP and include VAT at 20%

6.2 Prices do not include delivery charges, which will be added to the total price of Your Order during the checkout process.

6.3 We accept payment via credit card, debit card.

6.4 Payment must be received in full before We begin processing Your Order, including personalisation.

7. Order Process and Acceptance

7.1 Placing an Order on the Website constitutes an offer to purchase the Products.

7.2 After placing an Order, You will receive an email acknowledging receipt of Your Order. This email does not constitute acceptance of Your Order. With personalisation we need to confirm this with you, you need to confirm everything is correct, if there are spelling errors it is down to you to bring to the attention of totalfootballkits.com .

7.3 Your Order is accepted when You confirm personalisation . At this point, the Contract is formed. 7.4 We reserve the right to refuse any Order for any reason, including but not limited to: * The Product being unavailable. * Errors in the price or description of the Product. * Issues with the personalisation requested. * Failure to obtain authorisation for payment. * Suspected fraudulent activity.

7.5 If We are unable to accept Your Order, We will inform You of this by email and will not charge You for the Product.

8. Shipping and Delivery

8.1 We aim to process Your Order, including personalisation, within 4 weeks of confirmation of personalisation proof. Please note that this is an estimate, and actual times may vary, especially during peak periods.

8.2 Delivery times are estimates only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for delays outside Our control, such as postal strikes, customs delays, or adverse weather conditions.

8.3 Delivery charges are calculated on size/weight of Your Order and will be shown during the checkout process.

8.4 Risk of loss and damage to the Products passes to You upon delivery.

8.5 If Your Order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact Us.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges (Personalised Items)

9.4 Process for Faulty/Erroneous Items: If a return is necessary due to a fault or Our error, We will provide instructions on how to return the item. We will cover the cost of return shipping in these circumstances.
