Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges (Personalised Items)

 

9.1 Non-Returnable Items: Due to the custom nature of personalised football kits, these items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival, or there has been an error in personalisation made by Us.

9.2 Faulty or Damaged Products: If a Product is faulty or damaged when You receive it, or if there has been an error in personalisation made by Us, please contact Us within 10 days of receipt. We may ask for photographic evidence of the fault or error.

9.3 Our Error in Personalisation: If the personalisation differs from the details You provided in Your Order confirmation due to Our error, We will offer a replacement or a full refund.

9.4 Process for Faulty/Erroneous Items: If a return is necessary due to a fault or Our error, We will provide instructions on how to return the item. We will cover the cost of return shipping in these circumstances.

9.5 No Right to Cancel: Under consumer protection laws (e.g., the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 in the UK), the right to cancel an order within a cooling-off period typically does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalised. Therefore, You do not have a right to cancel Your Order once personalisation has begun.
